Description - Art of living in France
Description of activity "Art of living in France" :
Loire, Layon, Aubance, Thouet, and more...Curiously enough, it's by water that you'll discover the wines of Anjou and Saumur. By following the signs bearing a bunch of grapes and reading "Route touristique du vignoble de l'Anjou" [Tourist route to the Anjou vineyards], visitors can head for the 29 vintages of the biggest vineyard in the Loire valley. By gently sloping roads, this leafy route crosses 20,000 hectares with the colours and aromas of the area : white, red, rosé, sweet, dry and semi-dry, delicately sparkling wines. An amazing variety combined with the mildness of its climate, the diversity of its soils and the know-how of its people!
