General description  :   The Tourist Office of Versailles is open from october to march, from tuesday to saturday between 9 to 6 and sunday and monday between 11 and 17 ; from april to september, from tuesday to sunday between 9 and 7 and monday between 10 to 6.There, you will find:-Information and advice about the town, areas of historical interest, monuments, accommodation, restaurants and various events Organization of conferences for individuals throughout the year, on reservationof guided tours for groups of 30 persons maximum in the Château de Versailles of half-day excursions or longer throughout Versailles and the Yvelines area-Help to organise business conventions in Versailles-Sale of tickets for shows in town and souvenirs

Description of activity "City-breaks in France"  :   Versailles was created in its entirety by the express will of Louis XIV three centuries ago. Today it remains a historical and artistic treasure unique in the world.
After your tour of the famous château overhanging 950 hectares of grounds, with the Petit Trianon, the Grand Trianon and the King¿s Kitchen Garden, the town offers you the pleasures of strolling through the alleyways of the old quarters around the Cathedral of Saint-Louis or in the fashionable quarters with their antique shops, artists and craftsmen around the church of Notre-Dame. You can Stop your walking at the Lambinet Museum, this mansion from the XVIIIth century which evokes the story of the town or at the Coach Museum under the vaulted galerie of the King¿s Great Stable. You can go to the reknown Jeu de Paume Court or at the Osmothèque housing past and future perfumes without missing the Académy of equestrian art and its musical show and rider's morning sessions.
