The reception is open daily. During the week-days from 9 am to 6.30 pm (7.30 pm in high season). Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm, Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm (9.30 am-1 pm and 2.30 am-6 pm in high season)

The services include reception, information, administration for the reservation of accommodation, exchange and the guided city tours.
