At the mouth of the Gulf of Saint Lawrence, just a few cables' length from Newfoundland, is the furthest north of all the overseas destinations.
You will discover the astonishing sub-arctic landscapes with their sharp relief, where the multicoloured houses stand out, like colourful confetti. The population, charming and welcoming, maintain the French tradition in North America. The lives of the people keep time with the sea, and they endeavour to respect nature and to live in harmony with the ocean environment. Besides the discovery of the cultural and historic heritage, the archipelago offers many activities for nature-lovers: hikes, horse riding, excursions in an inflatable dinghy and more.
